    Day 1 - Beijing

    Arrive in Beijing, welcome and transfer to your hotel to check in.  
    Beijing, the center of politics and culture since the 13th century, showcases China’s best art and imperial culture.  In addition, today’s Beijing offers an excellent performance community, and a healthy variety of fine dining establishments.

    Day 2 - Beijing

    In the morning we will visit the Forbidden City, and see the grand imperial palace which used to be residence of twenty four emperors in Ming and Qing dynasties. Afternoon session we have a pedi-cab tour in Hutong (traditional alleyways) to get to know the locals’ life there.

    Day 3 - Beijing

    We will drive about 1.5 hours to Mutianyu section of the Great Wall, 90km away from north of Beijing. We will have a soft walk on the wall which will last about 2-3 hours. On the way back to downtown we may have a stop to visit the Olympic Green, which are the modern and massive buildings where the Olympic games were held in 2008.

    Day 4 – Beijing/Xi'an

    Morning tour in the temple of Heaven, where in the past emperors worshiped heaven for good harvest, which nowadays becomes a public park for the locals.
    In the late afternoon we take the high speed train to Xi’an..

    Day 5 - Xi'an

    In the morning we drive about 1 hour to see the terracotta warriors, the biggest highlight of this city. During our afternoon tour we will go to the city wall, the only one which is kept completely surrounding the old part of this city. If time permitted, we will drive a couple of minutes to visit the small goose pagoda, a peaceful local park nowadays, which still has a pagoda which is more than one thousand years old. In the evening we will stroll through Muslim Quarter, a very popular food street for night life.

    Day 6 – Xian/Chengdu

    Take the high speed train to Chengdu, upon arrival Chegndu, take connecting train to Leshan. The city is well known because of a world cultural heritage-the Giant Buddha sitting at the confluence of three rivers, namely, Min River, Qingyi River, and Dadu River. After lunch, we access to the park and take a short walk to admire the Giant Buddha.

    In late afternoon, we drive about 2 hours to go back to downtown Chengdu.

    Day 7 – Chengdu Panda Base

    Early this morning we drive about 40minutes to Panda Base, which is 20km away from downtown. We spend a whole morning watching the giant pandas up close in a relatively natural environment. In the afternoon we enjoy a relaxing life by visiting People’s Park and Kuanzhai Alleys. We can have an afternoon sipping tea and watch the locals play chess, cards or mah-jong.  

    Day 8 – Chengdu/Shanghai

    In the morning we drive directly to the airport of Chengdu, and take the flight to Shanghai.  In the afternoon we stroll around the Bund at the Huangpu River, with beautiful buildings on both sides of the river, and take in views on top of the Shanghai World final center. 

    Day 9 –Shanghai

    In the morning we will visit the Shanghai Museum, which houses one of the finest collections of Chinese bronze and artwork in the world. After that we move to Yu garden, where used to be old market of this city, a good place for bargaining;

    Day 10 – Shanghai/Suzhou/Shanghai

    Take the high speed train to Suzhou, the beautiful garden city. We will spend whole day exploring old town and its gardens in Suzhou, and in the late afternoon we will come back to Shanghai.

    Day 11 – Depart Shanghai

    Drive to Pudong airport, take the flight back home, the end of tour.
